About Mark:

Mark T. Wood is a native of San Antonio and has been in the Real Estate Business for over 20 years. He created Wood Realty & Associates in 2003 to have his own company and market to the G.L.B.T. community. He wanted to create a really comfortable environment for customers, clients and agents alike. Plus, he and his partner Ron have a homebuilding company called Keepsake Custom Homes.

Mark trains all of his agents to have the knowledge of construction and the building process. After all, he feels they should know the product they are selling. Wood Realty specializes in New Homes, Builder Representation, Buyer Representation, Relocation, Existing Residential Sales and Investor Sales and Purchases of small multi-family and flips. We actually cover all areas of San Antonio including King William, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Monte Vista, Mahncke Park, Tobin Hills, Castle Hills, Shavano Park and the outer lying areas of Boerne, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, Spring Branch, Garden Ridge and The Hill Country.
