Rachael Felan, Gay Friendly Austin Real Estate Agent

A local Austin resident and a UT graduate, I haven't found a better place than Austin to call home. Since obtaining my license in 2007 I have enjoyed every day of this fast paced and exciting world that brings me together with people I can help and work with to achieve their goals.

I had the benefit of working as a Buyer's Specialist with two of Austin's top producing agents, one of whom had a client base that was over 50% GLBT. The skill sets I learned from my mentors took me to where I am today, a well versed Realtor with a solid background in working with individuals looking to buy their first home, their last home, their family home or relocating to the Austin real estate market.

I dedicated the first 3 and a half years of my career focused 100% on homebuyers. In 2011 I added Listing Specialist to my business and over the last year I have put a range of home sales under my belt, ranging in price from $150,000 to over a million.

My passion for Austin Real Estate stems from wanting to help others, and what better way to do that than by working with folks to buy and sell their homes. I also give back to the community by serving on the board of Girls on the Run Austin.
