Bill has been an Austin resident since 1985, after he transferred here with his job. He was working for a major Hotel chain, and found Austin to be a little bit of heaven. After 16 years he grew tired of transferring to a new city every year, and so he opened his own small business in 1988. In 1994 he began to study for his Texas Real Estate License, which he earned in February, 1995.
Bill is an independent Broker/Owner with Austin REAL Pros, Inc. He works with his parter at the agency, Carrie York, CRS. Between them, they have over twenty years combined experience in Property Leasing, Sales and Management.
As an Austin REALTOR®, Bill spends lots of time with his clients - it's important that realtors and clients trust each other. So Bill builds a partnership with his clients. But buying or selling a home can also be a fun process. Once you get through the mortgage process, Bill will take you to homes that meet your criteria.
Bill is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS®, where he is on both the Professional Development Committee and the By-Laws Committee. He is also a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, and has earned the CRS, ABR, and GRI designations.
