Nashville and the surrounding communities are very gay-friendly areas to live. Somehow this seems to surprise some of our gay clientele who are moving to the area, but it's true! We have a variety of clubs and restaurants, etc. that cater to the gay community for those who enjoy the nightlife as well as areas of town, residential neighborhoods and commercial districts that are predominantly gay.

For those who wish to live in a more mainstream neighborhood, you'll find people to be generally very welcoming as well. My partner and I belong to a local gay Happy Hour group where friends get together monthly at each other's homes for drinks & dinner (this has become quite a large group!) ...a nice alternative to the bars.

Nashville has something for everyone: With a city as large as ours, we have all the elements most folks look for in a larger market (sports, entertainment, etc.), but at the same time you can drive 30 minutes in any direction and find rolling hills, lakes, and rivers where outdoor activities abound!
