Richard bought his company in 2001, having worked for the original founder of Peninsula Realty in Portland for ten years.

Peninsula Realty's central Portland location lets us be closely involved with our local neighborhoods, working with our customers and clients in many ways.

Peninsula Realty offers Portland, Oregon real estate, and also provides a full-service Portland area property management. We also run a Portland real estate school for those who want to pursue a career in Portland real estate.

Richard is a strong believer in the Century 21 System, offering full-service real estate tools and using the most current real estate marketing tools.
