I specialize in helping clients buy and sell property in Portland's eastside and westside neighborhoods.
Each neighborhood has its own unique feel, and relocating clients have thanked me for listening to their needs, wants, and lifestyle preferences - then helping them find the perfect match. Having relocated here from across the country, I know the extra set of challenges a long-distance move entails.
In addition to Portland real estate, I can assist clients buy properties across the border or overseas. I am a member of FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation), and work closely with a number of brokers and developers throughout Latin America.
While I am proud of my track record of real estate sales, I am most proud that I have maintained a 100% customer satisfaction for every year in the business.
Like so many, I relocated to Portland after vacationing here. My partner and I fell in love with the area and all that it has to offer: world class restaurants featuring locally-sourced foods, walkable neighborhoods that each offer their own feel and collection of businesses, a mild climate, and proximity to a wealth of outdoor activities.
I put the same passion into my real estate profession as I do into my personal life. And as a gay professional, it's hard to find a place more comfortable to live than Portland. There is an abundance of GLBT businesses and services, and you'll find our community living in all neighborhoods throughout the City. I believe that is a true sign of a world-class place to live.
