At Gay Realty Network, we list gay friendly real estate professionals all across the United States.

Nevada is famous for its gambling and infamous for its brothels. This mostly desert state has about 2.7 million residents, most of whom live in and around Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is the biggest and most well-known city in Nevada, with close to 2 million residents in the city and surrounding region. The Strip now has its own gay bar, Krave at Planet Hollywood (formerly the Aladdin), and there's also the "Fruit Loop" on Paradise, a collection of gay bars and stores in three strip malls.

Reno is a more rough and tumble version of Las Vegas, with several gay bars and more of a wild-west feel.

Lake Tahoe, split along the California/Nevada border, has no gay nightlife to speak of, but does have two gay ski weeks in the winter, and South Lake Tahoe (mostly on the California side) is a progressive enclave in an otherwise conservative county.

If you want to take a gamble on housing, Vegas and Nevada may be the place for you.

At Gay Realty Network, we know from experience how important having gay or gay friendly real estate agent can be, especially when it's time to make an offer and fill out a contract. Having an agent that knows the difference between having joint tenancy or holding a property as tenants in common, who understands gay/lesbian families and our own unique real estate needs and challenges, and who can help you find the gay friendly neighborhoods in your area where you and your friends and family will feel comfortable is invaluable.
