About Ann:
Ann earned her Minnesota real estate sales license back in in 1994, and became an ERA Dakota-Metro Realty agent shortly after. She was presented with a Customer Satisfaction award in 1996, and became a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI). Ann earned her Broker's license in 1998, and started Mavrik Realty. In 2000, she was named an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and became a part of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) only 5% of all US Realtors get to be Certified Residential Specialists.
Ann is a member of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Ann enjoys workking in the Minneapolis real estate martket. She particularly loves helping first-time homebuyers, using her wide knowledge of affordable housing (including purchase-rehab loans), her skills, and lots of patienceto find them just the right Minneapolis home.
Ann has done over $2.7 million in Minneapolis rsidential real estate sales average for every year she has in experience, and her average and median sales prices have been rising steadily, in tandem with the Twin Cities real estate market.
Ann servers the Twin Cities Metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and Western Wisconsin, including Robbinsdale, Como, Mound, Farmington, Phillips, Riverview, and Cherokee.
