David was previously in law enforcement, where he learned responsibility and a true work ethic. He now assists clients as a St. Paul realtor.
David is self-employed, and has chosen to work with Mavrik Realty. Ann Leviton is the owner/broker of this company and was the realtor David and his partner worked with when they moved to Minnesota from San Diego. They bought and sold 3 homes together, and that experience that led him to this new career.
David can help you with the purchase and sales of real estate in Minnesota, and he can alsoassist in finding you a realtor anywhere in the country if you need to relocate out-of-state. He born and raised in Southern California, and relocated to Minnesota after a 12 years in law enforcement.
He has also served as a bailiff and protected judges, commissioners, court staff, attorneys and the public, and worked briefly in the corrections side supervising inmates and serving civil process including legal summons, evictions, and serving and arresting on warrants.
Now instead of kicking folks out of their homes, David helps get them in. He is very professional, but is also laid back and light hearted.
