Jon was born and raised in midwest Michigan (in the Big Rapids region), and he has lived in the area and Northern Lower Michigan (Gaylord/Traverse City area) his entire life. Jon graduated from Big Rapids High School, later attending Ferris State University in Business and Hospitality Management programs.Jon had a long, fulfilling management career at McDonalds Restaurants for 16 years, learning about business and people, and how to best satisfy his clients.
