Debra specializes in residential real estate, especially Riverfront, Waterfront and vacation Properties, and working with buyers who are moving up or downsizing. She also likes to work with first time buyers, those looking for new construction, and folks relocating to or from the Cary area. She is a Listing Specialist and also an Accredited Buyer Representative.
Debra has lived i the Chicago Suburban area her entire life, and has watched the area grow and change. She has a Master of Science degree (MS) in Psychology/Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and has also done post-graduate work at Northern Illinois University.
Before she became an Illinois Realtor, she worked in Restaurant and Hotel Management, learning important skills in communication, customer service, administration, and negotiation, all of which she uses today in her real estate career. Debra has also been Director of the Streamwood Chamber of Commerce, and a Director for Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
She strives to thoroughly satisfy her clients, hoping they will want to refer their friends in the future. Using honest communication and dedication, integrity and hard work, she wants to ensure the complete happiness of her clients.
