Jim has been a Realtor since 1987, and has experience with all types of residential sales in downtown Chicago, the North and Northwest sides. He's is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club and the Koenig & Strey President's Club. Jim is strongly motivated to get his clients what they want and need.
Jim volunteers in for several community-based organizations. He's an amatuer photographer, cross-country skier, and gardener, and has lived on the north side for most of his life.
