About Jim:
My partner of more than 30 years, Leon, and I moved to Maui in 1987. I had lived in the Caribbean, in Europe and throughout the US mainland but nothing prepared me for Maui. The sheer beauty - not just on Little Beach - but throughout the Island was staggering. The people were even warmer than the weather.
I quickly became quite successful in my real estate sales career and gave back to the community, serving on the Boards of the Montessori Hale o Keiki Schools, the Maui Chamber of Commerce, the Hawaii Association of Realtors as both a director and Vice-President and as President and Realtor of the Year at the Maui Association.
In addition to selling real estate I am the broker in charge at Coldwell Banker International's Number 1 Office (offices with fewer than 35 agents) in the Western Region since we opened in 2003. I'd genuinely like to help you find your place here in Paradise.
