About Karolyn:

Karolyn specializes on the island of Maui! Her office is located in South Maui in Kihei, Hawaii.

Karolyn moved to Maui in 2001 from California. She became a REALTOR in 2002 after serving many years as a mathematics instructor. She carried this attention to detail over into her real estate practice, providing her clients with sound advice and strength in negotiations.

As a lesbian REALTOR-Broker, Karolyn serves many of the GLBTIQ-community on Maui. Karolyn has assisted many gay and lesbian clients in relocation, as well as purchases and sales of Maui real estate investment properties.

Since moving to Maui in 2001, Karolyn has purchased and sold several of her own properties and has experienced living in both South and UpCountry Maui, in condos and residential homes.

Having served as a board member for the gay/lesbian community activities, Karolyn has knowledge of various activities offered on the island.
