Chris is a twenty eight year-old gay real estate agent who has lived in Orlando for six years. Orlando is an amazing place to live!

Chris started out at Re/Max, where he sold homes on the Orlando real estate market for five years. In 2007, he moved to Homevest Realty.

Orlando is in the midst of a strong buyer's market - this is a great time to buy a new home or to invest in Central Florida real estate. Chris specializes in distress sales, including short sales, pre-foreclosures, and foreclosures.

Chris knows gay Orlando inside and out - if you like clubs, there's the infamous P-House (balcony bingo costs extra) the drag shows at Revolution are fierce! The cocktails are the best at pulse. Saturday's at Lake Eola with your dog are the best place to hang out or meet new friends. He recommends Brian's for breakfast; Logan's Bistro for lunch; and Citrus for dinner.  An afternoon cocktail or disco brunch at Hue is also nice.
