Rick moved to Tampa from Philiadelphia 1983, and holds an undergraduate degree from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He also holds two graduate degrees from the University of South Florida.
Rick is a National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors member.
Rick's first Florida-area home was in Seminole Heights, and has just completed renovating his third home in Seminole Heights.
Rick has worked with the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association (OSHNA) and the South Seminole Heights Civic Association (SSHCA) to improve the area over the years, and has also supported the Seminole Heights Business Alliance.
