Deb knows the Sarasota real estate market. She is a second generation REALTOR raised in a family owned agency, Bird-Elder Real Estate & Insurance, in business for three decades. Her father was an officer on the local real estate board, and of the state association of REALTORS.
Deb continues her professional education beyond the standard requirement, so she can provide her clients with the ‘Best Of The Best’… a title she has received from various publication surveys over the years.
Deb is also very involved in community activism, serving as a volunteer on the board of many non-profit organizations and as a civic volunteer to assist in the growth of services for the general public. She has many community awards in her office, including Mayoral recognition for her volunteer services, the Kuchling Humanitarian Award from the HRC Black Tie Dinner, the Extra Mile Award, the Woman of the 20th Century, and an award whereby a health clinic was named Young-Elder Women’s Clinic.
Deb covers the greater Sarasota area, including Bradenton, Bayshore Gardens, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Gulf Gate Estates, Sarasota Springs, Palmetto, Holmes Beach, Cortez, and more.
