About Vicki:
Owning and running a small business takes a certain kind of person, who is dedicated to the customer and enthusiastic about their work. Vicki had twelve years in the business before she started PORTER HOUSE REALTY, so she knew what she was getting into.
Before starting Porter House Realty, Vicki practiced law in Denver. Her legal experience gives her an edge over most realtors because she has great knowledge of the legalities of the transaction and documents, excellent negotiating and writing skills, and can handle unique or challenging situations. Vicki does not practice law currently, so she does not provide legal advice to our real estate clients, but her experience is invaluable to her clients.
Vicki currently teaches a class called ABC's of Home Buying at Colorado Free University, and has taught hundreds of students in the past few years how to buy a home. Vicki has also taught property law classes at Denver University Law School. Vicki wrote the book, Colorado Home Buyer’s Guide, which was published this year.
Vicki lives in Denver with her partner Mary.
Vicki covers the greater Denver Metro area, including Arvada, Aurora, Broomfield, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, Littleton, Northglenn, Parker, Thornton, and Westminister, and surrounding areas.
