It is my privilege to assist you in finding your home and/or investment property along the Front Range. I am a full-time Realtor, so I actively stay on-top of the market for my Buyers and Sellers.
As a result of my dedication and hard work, I was selected as Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtor's Rookie of the Year for my work in 2004 - 2005. As a result of that award, I continually set higher standards for my customer service that I provide you -- my clients.
In addition to my ePRO, GRI, and CRS designations, I also earned my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, which provided me extensive training to work with the "senior" 50-years-old and older (their definition -- not mine) and her/his specific needs.
I have found that many of my clients soon become my friends. It is so much easier to service friends and ensure they are getting exactly what they are wanting in a new home or in selling a current residence.
I proudly service the following Northern Colorado Communities: Berthoud, Eaton, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Greeley, Johnstown, Longmont, Loveland, Milliken, Severance, Timnath, Wellington, and Windsor.
I hope you will allow me to "help you fulfill your dreams!"
The Northern Colorado area has a lot to offer -- an active lifestyle and an ever-growing community. With bike trails throughout the Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and Longmont areas, it is easy to get from one side of town to another by walking or biking. In addition, it is a relatively short drive up Highway 34 to Rocky Mountain National Park, and to Estes Park, the Gateway of the Rockies.
In addition to the active lifestyle, Loveland has fast become reknown as a nationally recognized art community. It hosts an international sculpture show every August, welcoming both artists and art enthusiasts from all parts of the country and literally all parts of the world.
The Front Range also boasts the home of 3 major universities -- Colorado University in Boulder, University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, and Colorado State University in Fort Collins -- as well, as a number of community colleges. This, alone, promotes a diverse community.
I welcome you to come take a look at our community and see what our our "own community" has fallen in-love with here along the Front Range of Colorado.
