About Rahul:

Rahul moved to the US from India in 1990 to do his Master’s in Architecture.  Growing up in India, his goal has always been to “Go West’ to San Francisco where one can be themselves and enjoy the diversity and freedom.   

Rahul quit an accomplished and successful career in architecture/interior design for a career in real estate with its flexible lifestyle.  Some thought that he was crazy and having a mid-life (or young-life) crisis.  Undeterred, he pursued his new career with full determination and hard work and the payoff has been even greater - not the monetary one (which is also nice), but help people achieve the American dream of owning a home.  Because of his background, he is able to see the full potential of a home and educate clients on possibilities.  He can help sellers prepare their properties for sale and he can help buyers spot a diamond in the rough.

The San Francisco real estate market has withstood the turmoil in the industry.  Owning a home here is quite an accomplishment, given the competition and the price tag.  However, it’s not as insurmountable as it may seem and he has been able to find homes for people who never dreamt of affording a home here.  He works hard to negotiate the lowest possible price for his buyers and the highest possible price for his sellers.  A satisfied smile on a client’s face at the end of a transaction is the best reward possible.
