About Charlie:
Charlie has a simple business philosophy: he works hard, he is honest and he always puts his client's interests above his own. He will always tell you the truth, will effectively market your home (not just plant a sign in the ground and throw a lock box on the door). Charlie won't pressure you to take a low price offer just to earn a commission. Charlie is a full-time, full-service, gay San Francisco Real Estate Broker-Agent.
Charlie is also a California licensed broker (lic. #01351780). He was raised in Palo Alto, where he graduated from Gunn High School. He has a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara.
Before he became a Realtor in 2001, he had a career as an accountant, working as a controller for a multi-national jewelry manufacturer. He decided to become a Realtor because he was tired of working with incompetent agents when buying and selling his own properties.

Charlie specializes in selling homes in the Diamond Heights, Twin Peaks and Castro neighborhoods as well as SOMA lofts. He am a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the Merchants of Upper Market and Castro, The Community Advisory Board of Magnet, The Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors as well as the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
