About Kimberly:

Kimberly Lawless is a Fifth Generation of San Luis Obispo County, her family having been involved in Real Estate development in the area for over 60 years. Although she became a licensed agent ony recently she grew up in the industry and brings a fresh energy to an old-school business.

Raised on her family ranch in the famed Edna Valley wine area she has been a part of the many wonderful transformations the area has been through. She knows the in's and out's of the San Luis Obispo real estate market, from the beautiful coast to the mountainous wine country.

Working with her family, the Spreafico Team of Realtors at Bishop Hawk Realty, a block from the pier in Pismo Beach, Kimberly Lawless aims to help the Central Coast continue to grow a "Family Friendly" atmosphere.
