Norma J Cappello, Lesbian Pismo Beach Real Estate Agent
Looking for that special someone to guide you thru the selling or purchase of your home or investment? Need that special person that listens to what you want? Look no further.I have been licensed in Real Estate since 1991. My prior careers as a High School Principal and a Licensed Therapist have given me the skills of being very organized, helping people make decisions, and being a great listener. This allows me to help you identify your needs and get you the best possible result in your real estate transactions. I am honest, direct and to the point in my dealings with my clients, but also caring and sympathetic to my clients needs. While working with buyers and sellers is my primary focus in real estate, I have assisted many clients in preparing properties for market, as well as assisting them through desired renovations after purchase. Many of my clients have commented that my assistance has made their transactions much less stressful. To be the best I can, I have complete the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) certification and then continued on to become a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an accomplishment of just 4% of Realtors in the US. Strict requirements to obtain this certification assure you of the knowledgeable skilled service you expect and deserve. Ethics aren't just important in a Realtor, but essential. Every CRS is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and abide by its strict code of ethics.
About Gay/Lesbian Pismo Beach
The County of San Luis Obispo, on the Central Coast of California, encompasses a large amount of diversity. We have expansive beaches along our beautiful coast, rolling hills, and open space inland, which provides for a variety of outdoor activities. We have farms, vineyards, and ranches. The City of San Luis Obispo is a college town, home to Cal Poly State University well known for its agricultural, engineering and architectural programs, as well as Cuesta Community College. It is also home of the beautiful California Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Not only are our surroundings and climate diversified, so is our population with farmers, ranchers, students, scholars, laborers, professionals and retirees. We live in RV's, modular homes, beach cottages, suburban houses and high end estates. The GLBT community is well received and quite active. There is support at the High School, College and community level. PFLAG is also very active in the area. There are many Gay owned businesses that are supported by everyone, as well as many businesses that openly support the GLBT community.
