Logan joined the mortgage industry in 1997, fresh out of film school and eager to finance his first independent feature. What started as a "job" developed into an unexpected passion - finding there is room for creativity and altruism in the real estate industry, Logan devoted himself completely to his growing family of mortgage loan clients.
Over 10 years later, he continues to streamline his systems of marketing and customer care, having developed strong and enduring relationships with over a dozen Realtors, and providing excellent service to his family of over 100 satisfied former clients.
Although he is approved to do business in several states across the nation, Logan focuses his business in the city he lives in and loves, Long Beach, California. Both a Latino and a gay man, Logan has long found Long Beach to be an incredibly embracing and culturally diverse city, beaming with positive energy and thriving as a community despite recent market conditions.
Licensed to provide FHA-insured loans to his clients, Logan has been able to help dozens of eligible people realize their dreams of home ownership, while ensuring that their new mortgage commitments will not place them in a dangerous position.
