Before moving to Palm Springs I was involved in building and remodeling for 30 years.  I’ve taken my life-long skills in construction and put them to use as a Home Inspector.  Member of CREIA‚ the California Real Estate Inspection Association, which was the nation’s first inspection association of its kind.   My inspection services include: Residential Homes, Condominiums, Manufactured Homes, Pools & Spas, Commercial Buildings, Solar Installations, and Mold.

After not ever considering moving from Seattle, my partner and I find ourselves in Palm Springs and we couldn‚t be happier.  It truly is a wonderful place to visit or call home.  The Desert is growing very fast and is a tremendous place to invest in Real Estate.  Also, this is one of the most naked places anywhere in the WORLD, with privacy walls around all properties.

Palm Springs is home to a large contingent of Gays and Lesbians.  It boasts one of the major White Parties bringing 50,000 gays to this sun and fun city.  Here you will find many gay hotels, gay bars and eateries, one of the few aerial trams in the world, plus great desert hiking in its vast mountainous surroundings.  Need a big city?  Los Angeles and San Diego are only 2 hours drive from Palm Springs.  Once you get here I think you too will find what my partner and I found - a wonderful place to live and you won’t want to leave.
