Making the San Francisco Bay area my permanent home in 1980, I was also a musician/singer/writer involved in the Gay/Lesbian/transgender community for many years and performed at Gay Pride Festivals and local venues.

Besides being an artist, I have been involved in the Housing Profession for 34 years, establishing Tribay Appraisal in 2000 with Customer Service as my priority. I will walk each client through the appraisal process. Mortgage, Foreclosure, estate and Divorce appraisals with Single, 2 to 4 Multi Family residences being my expertise.
