David has lived in Arizona for 35 years, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona. He started his career in Phoenix Real Estate in 1995 with RE/MAX. He realized that in such a competitive field, he needed to develop an in-depth knowledge of the Phoenix metro area real estate market, and realized how important it was to always place his client’s interests above everything else.
As his Phoenix real eatate business grew, he put together s specialized team to help stay focused on his clients and to continue to provide them with the best service, founding HometeamAZ in 1997. David will provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction - you can expect the best in professional, courteous Real Estate service.
A friendly, knowledgeable agent with great customer service skills, David still maintains that the greatest award is the satisfaction of his clients.
Agriculture, scenery and tourism were the beginning of growth for the Phoenix valley, and now these things have attracted a number of large corporations, industries, professional sports teams and more. Although the Phoenix/Scottsdale area still has some of that “Old West” feeling, it offers much more.
Broadway-class theater, wonderful musical events and venues, and world-class cuisine are only the start. Culture and the Arts are here in abundance, including historic sites, museums, and art galleries (Scottsdale has more art galleries than Manhattan) that all add to the richness of the Scottsdale/Phoenix areas.
Scottsdale is also a very diverse place with a number of distinct neighborhood flavors.
David serves Scottsdale and the Phoenix Metropolitan real estate market, including Tempe, Mesa, Fountain Hills, Guadalupe, Paradise Valley, Chandler, and the rest of Maricopa County.
