I have 11 years experience in the Real Estate field including resale, new home, and homebuilding. Former Phoenix GLBT Chamber of Commerce Chairman and now VP on Phoenix Pride Board - I am a part of and know the Phoenix GLBT Community.
Local knowledge also includes serving on a City of Phoenix Bond Committee and being appointed to the Phoenix Estrella Village Planning Committee. Having worked with General Mills relocations in Minnesota in my past I understand the unique needs of individuals/couples relocating to our area. I am also a member of the Phoenix Visitors Bureau, and I want to be your Realtor (I listen to you!).
About Gay Phoenix:
Greater Phoenix is a great area for those of us in the GLBT Community..we have sun, one of the lowest unemployment rates in the nation (jobs!), over 30 bars, a thriving GLBT Business Community, and a very strong political base.
Housing choices vary from the downtown hi-rise condo's and lofts to tree lined historic districts to golf course homes to estates with acres of land and mountain and city views. Of course the typical suburban home is here along with live/work communities. There are 6 lakes within 75 miles of Phoenix, so bring your boat and ski's with you!
