In August of 2011, I completed a comprehensive course about the priority aging issues impacting Canadian Baby Boomers and Seniors and obtained my designation as a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA).

I have taken the initiative to become a leader in meeting the key needs and issues concerning maturing Canadians in the real estate market.

From helping Seniors downsize from their detached homes to condominiums, or helping with their relocation needs from their existing homes to retirement centres, I will be there to help you with many of the problems or issues that arise.

My services vary, depending on your needs or the extent of the assistance that you require.

This can include advice on how best to Market your existing home as well as how to de-clutter and clean out closets from items that you might not need any longer by organizing sales or donations to others in need.
