. You can buy showcase ad space for 6 months or 12 months at a time. Ads are placed at the top of each regional page.
Ads will be placed in the left-hand position on a first-come, first-served basis. Ad placement is also subject to space availabilty on each page. Gay Realty Network reserves the right to deny ads based on content or appearance.
Showcase Ad Specifications
We will create this ad for you - we need a picture of your property - pornographic pictures are not allowed. Only real estate professionals are allowed to list in the Showcase Ad sections, and you must also have at least a basic free listing in the GRN directory as well. We will create the ad at no cost - but reserve the right to bill the advertiser for the creation time if many changes are requested to the original created ad, costing us extra time for completion.
