Welcome to the Gay Realty Network Banner Advertising Page - this section is for folks who want to place a featured real estate professional ad at the top of one of our local pages. If you're interested in placing a Showcase Ad on our main regional destination pages instead, click here.
We now offer banner advertising on all of our destination pages. You can buy banner ad space for 6 months or 12 months at a time. Ads are placed near the top of each destination page.
We offer a 10% discount for 5-9 pages, and 20% off for ten or more.
Ads will be placed in the top left position on a first-come, first-served basis. Ad placement is also subject to space availabilty on each page. Gay Realty Network reserves the right to deny ads based on content or appearance.
Banner Ad Specifications
Banner ads should be in gif or jpeg format, and must be 140 pixels wide by 40 pixels high. Images should be no larger than 10k.
To determine how large your graphics are:

On a Mac, hghlight the file's icon, click on File and Get Info. The dialog box will display the file size.

On a PC, go to Start, Programs, Windows Explorer. Navigate to the folder where your file is... the file names and sizes should appear in the right-hand explorer window.
Banner ads will be linked to your website.
Banner Ad Creation
If you're not comfortable creating your own banner ad, we can do it for you for $50. We work with existing graphics/pictures on your website to create an ad for you to place on our site.
